bupa cover and previous illness

i am just filling out my dh bupa form for his new job. my dd2 had an operation to correct a problem with her bowel last month. she is only 7 months and has not been covered before. will they cover any further treatment to her bowel if she has had problems before. i dont forsee any further treatment but you never know

Dont think they cover pre exsisting ilnesses .. Call them they are very helpful

probably not but it would depend on the company policy and agreement with bupa. My DH set up their bupa policy and they excluded previous problems so everything was covered...but other companies may not (obv would be cheaper premium then) - i'd add the info and ask what their agreement is.

our dcs are all on bupa, but any treatment for pre exisiting conditions is't covered. It's specifically excluded on the policy.

Yes we have bupa but any pre existing conditions or anything related to previous illnesses are not covered. Ring them to double check tho.
