Is this teething or something else?

My 10month old DD seems to have been really tired for the last few days - e.g yesterday she had at least 3 hours of sleep during the day but was shattered by 5pm and too tired to eat her dinner so we had to put her to bed. She woke up about 11 for some milk and then slept pretty well (couple of dummy replacements as usual) until 6.

Today she's already had an hour this morning but was tired and miserable within an hour from waking up from that and, again whinged throughout her lunch and is still asleep now after 2 hours.

She has been a bit fussy over her food for a few weeks now and is constantly gnawing on something. Not much dribble though and nappies are normal.

We are still waiting for hr first teeth to arrive so I don't know if this is a prelude to that or something else - in which case, is it something I should be worried about?

Teeth do seem to cause alot of pain with my DS and he often gets bugs at the same time, I think the pain makes their immunity lower iyswim.
I also knew someone whose DD was late getting teeth and then a few came through together so the pain was multiplied up.
I'd keep a close eye on her, make sure her temp is ok etc.

Thanks

I wonder if we're building up to get quite a few together yes - she's definitely not herself but temperature etc. is fine.
