Travel Sickness

What is the best of the meds out there at present? Have a 7yo who has developed a tendency to vomit on flights or long car journeys, and we have a transatlantic flight coming up. Don't want to bother my GP unless I have to. I did get something good from Boots at Gatwick last year but can't remember what!

My neice used to get terrible travel sickness, she 11 now and has grown out of it. Can't remember whatshe took but if you don't want to bother gp, have a word with your pharmacist.

I really don't understand how they work but those travel wrist bands work wonders with my DD, 3.5.. You can get them in chemists.
