URGENT pls - medised plus ibuprofen?

7 year old ds had some medised earlier today for a cough - he now has a high temp. Can I give him ibuprofen as well?

Does your ds suffer from asthma? If so, it's contra-indicated. I'd be tempted to ring NHS direct, but then I'm a bit neurotic about this kind of thing.

AFAIK Medised is paracetamol based - so he should be fine to have ibuprofen. But do call NHS Direct for comfirmation
