Could my 3yo be teething?

Poor child just isn't herself. She seems tired (although it comes and goes), very thirsty, her poos are a bit more runny than normal and she says her mouth hurts at the side.

Any ideas?

Have a look in her mouth.....I think most kids have their teeth by 2 but my ds1 managed to push out 3 in 2 months and one still to come and he's 28 months....
