ds bow legged what will they do?

Hi my ds is 18 months old now and appears to be bow legged

several people have commented on this so far and I am taking him to the docs next week for his jabs and am going to mention it then

just wondering if anyone had any experience of this and if they do anything about it or just leave them and see if they grow out of it TIA
