Ds1(6) has had a hacking cough for about 2 weeks then on Saturday he started complaining of tummy ache. He went very pale and spent the next 48 hours throwing up having diarrohea and having various aches and pains.
By Monday morning he had no energy was sleeping loads so I took him to the doctor. He basically ignored all symptoms apart from the cough and gave ds amoxycillin.
When we got home ds continued being sick but not frequently and seemed to improve.
Tuesday was better and he was only sick once but still complained of tummy ache and slept alot.
Yesterday he seemed to get better he was drinking and ate something then was fighting with his brother. Then in the evening he was sick again and this morning he has no energy and complaining his tummy and legs hurt.
I am just looking for advice really and wether I should go back to the doctor or see how ds gets on today.
Thank you

Tonsilitis? My DS had terrible tummy ache when he had that as he'd swallowed so much nasty gunk.

Good luck xx

I would speak to NHS direct for advice - they have to listen as they cannot see him.
There are a lot of very horrible bugs going around, my mum was sick for a week.
Hope he feels better soon.
