Is non-symptomtic diarrhoea contagious?

What I mean is if DD has diarrhoea from what I think was 'off' milk, made ten times worse by an overload of apple juice/apples - is she going to give a nasty bug to other kids at nursery?

No temp, eating normally, lively, no vomiting, no pain when pooing, just very unstable poo.

I think I have given my child food poisoning

You need to keep her off. Any diarrhoea thing or stomach complaint needs to clear up for 48 hrs before nursery will have her in anyway.
Probably is viral bug, just a mild one. Might not be so mild for other kids though, so personally I;d keep her off, annoying though it is.

You haven't given her food poisoning! DOn't worry.

Righty-ho, good plan, thanks
