Disgusting loose stools and cough?

DS has been a bit off colour all week, not horribly ill but not quite himself. He has got a cold, runny nose starting to dry up a bit but chesty cough.

And the most revolting loose nappies, had maybe one day of normal poo since Monday. Been a little bit sick a couple of times but not really 'vomiting' generally.

No fever, drinking well/wetting nappies, eating a little less but still eating.

I just don't feel like it's a tummy bug, but the only thing a know of that causes chest infection with upset stomach is legionnaires and I don't think it's that!

Any ideas? Am probably taking him to GP tomorrow with poo sample.

DD has had loose nappies (well if you can call them that in a bf baby) and cough all week. We've all had a D&V bug, and she has a runny nose so we've put it down to bug+cold.
It is odd though as she doesn't seem to have diarrhoea, just very regular (was once a day before this), quite explosive dirty nappies. In herself ahe's fine. So I'll be watching this!

Mmm, DS still BF too and has been the sickliest baby since about December

He is having probably at least 6 dodgy nappies each day, woke up with a huge explosion at 5.30 this am but none overnight.

Not dehydrated or lethargic but just not right.
