It looks like tiny pinprick pimples, only very slightly raised (does fade under the glass test!) and it started on ds's (7 months) upper back, spread to his front and bottom and now also a little on the sides of his face. It doesn't seem to bother him at all and he's very happy. Started a couple of days ago.
I haven't changed my washing powder recently but wondered about a buildup of Vanish powder or something... but in that case surely it wouldn't be on his face?
The only other thing I can think of is that he's had avocado on each of the last 3 days. But he has had avocado before and didn't react then.
I'm planning to take him to doc if it doesn't go in a few more days but wondered if anyone here could shed any light.
