2wks Post Tonsil/Ads/Grommit Op - 6yr old.

Hi,
DD6 had op to remove tonsils & adenoids,fit grommits to both ears 2 weeks ago Fri.

Became unwell week one, got antibiotics, recovered slowly, could have been virus or blocked grommits, in quite a lot of pain in ears and throat.

2 weeks on Temp rising again today, 37.8 appears fine in her self. Still quite tired. Not complaining of ear ache or sore throat.

What would you do? Doctors to double check, or if not complaining of pain send her back to school tomorrow, or keep at home another few days to see how it goes?

My DD had the same op.
If your DD's temp is still up in the morning i would take her to the doctors to double check, it could be nothing, but it would put your mind at rest.
I was told my DD would be open to infection and to contact my GP if I noticed any problems.
