medication advice needed please

hi , just a quick question , dd 4yrs , has been put on an antibiotic , the bottle says one 5ml spoonful 4 times a day .
how much time do i need to leave between doses ?, i normally leave 5 hours between each dose , so if i give her the first dose at 7am i will still have to wake her up at 10pm for the last dose . dd is a very bad sleeper & if i wake her up she will scream for hours . wwyd ?

give it before she settles

four times a day I would do
breafast, lunch, dinner and bedtime

first thing in the morning, last thing befor ebed and then twice in between at equal intervals. No need to wake her from sleep. Hope she feels better soon.

thanks her consultant recommended i leave the usual five hours between doses but if i do that it means waking dd up , then screaming for hours until she nods off again . so does 7am , 12pm , 4pm & 8pm seem like enough time in between each dose do you think ?
