Swollen testicles?

DS (15 weeks) has developed swollen / firm testicles. I thought I noticed it yesterday but when I asked my mum to double check she said she could see no difference. But when she changed a nappy about an hour ago, she agreed with me.

He has a slight tempreture, but is a naturally warm child anyway, they aren't warm to the touch or causing him any pain. He doesn't have a rash and is his normal happy self aside from this.

He threw up this morning, but only the once, and has been fine since.

Any advice? TIA

Check with GP for ear infection?
My 13 month old had those symptoms and was diagnosed with ear infection - bizarre!

When DS1 was quite a lot older (3 -4 years) he had a testicular hernia. Needs an operation, but all quite straightforward. You should check it out with the GP just in case.

Sorry - should have said that one testicle was very swollen.

Thanks It seems to have gone back down, so am going to keep an eye on it, and if its back up in the morning will take him to the docs. How odd about testicles being combined with an ear infection!!

I think it's to do with glands. Enlarge nad? That will be your tonsils/ears/whatever.
