One year old DD has hit her head

She was lying on our bed, where my DH was changing her. He nipped into next room to grab wipes (I know, I know, he is GUTTED with himself), and she rolled off the edge of our bed. Landed on her head and shoulder, sort of sideways. This was at about Noon. She screamed blue murder at the time, and for about 15 minutes afterwards. She was subdued for a good hour, but ate all her dinner, pudding and has had a drink and a gingerbread man since, and seems fine. No lump, no bruise.

Should I take her to the Emergency Department anyway, just to be on the safe side? Ironically, I actually work on the ED, and often on the Children's side, but it's different with your own. All my confidence has gone and I'm looking for symptoms of concussion that aren't there, I think.

Help!!

Nah, don't take her to A&E as they won't do anything anyway, if she doesn't have any symptoms.
Just observe and if you notice any sign of concussion, go straight away.
DD also fell out of bed TWICE, hit her head- but no bumps. Weird.
