Treatment of warts

Wondered if anyone can help with the treatment of warts in my dd 10yrs.

She has several warts on her abdomen and legs, the largest being about 5 cm across quite low on her abdomen.

I have tried treating with the freeze stuff from Boots (didn't work at all just managed to burn her skin!) and now treating with Bazuka gel. Some small ones are going (I think) but the big one has scabbed over then bleed but looks like wart still there and no improvement amongst the scab.

Do I need to be more patient or is this treatment not working either?

They are quite unsightly, sore and upsetting her.

sounds more like molluscum contagiosum - look for threads on here as there are plenty!! Stop using the wart treatment as they are not warts and you will just aggravate them.
