Hit head help!

My DS (8months) was trying to stand (again) but fell backwards and hit his head at the back. Seemed ok after a bit of crying but then after a few minutes was sick twice (projectile) but then seemed fine again.

He has now gone to sleep (his usual time)

What should i do ? just keep an eye on him ?
Some advice/reasurance please

Hi, my rule is if a child is sick after a head knock you need to get the child seen asap - straight to hospital I'm afraid. I'm sure all is fine and don't panic but really i would suggest an immediate check up at the hospital...

I would take him to A&E just to make sure he is ok, especially as he was sick twice. He will probably be absolutely fine - have you got someone who can drive you there?

Thanks SO much for your replies, i was in such a panic.

I took him to A&E and they checked him over and he seems ok, just got to keep an eye on him. He has been a bit grumpy tonight, they are such a worry.
