DS, 8, has complained several times over the past 24 hours of having a "prickly" pain at the end of his willy when he wees. He is fine otherwise ie no temperature, not weeing anymore frequently than normal (ie no symptoms of infection) but I'm wondering if anyone has any clues as to what it might be please?

I've heard you can get Urinary Tract Infections where there is no fever. Would go to GP today - if you can't get an appointment they should still let him do a sample.
