Ds 18mths has been having several (2-6) watery, yellow nappies for 4 days now. He is off food, but drinking lots today. Anyone got any experience of this? He is responsive but drowsy and slightly grumpy(cos he isn't eating anything). No sickness at all - which I would expect with D&V bug.
any thoughts? Should I take him to the doctor? He seems well, just tired.
