Is this a stomach bug?

THis might be a silly question but dd(6) had stomach pains and vomitting on Sat night and sore stomach sunday but no more vomitting since then. Been fine since until she just had a mouthful of hot cross bun 5 minutes ago and she's been having sharp stomach pains since.

Is it a bug do you think? Never had one stop and then come back?

There are some odd stomach bugs going around atm.

Yes, we have just had a similar bug (me and dd's), Dd1 had a day without sickness and then it returned as did her sister, i only had it for 24 hours but the stomach pain was horrid.

After dd1 was sick the second time she soon recovered (within 12 hours) and is back to herself today.
