For those of you who are currently having their fingers burnt by Healthchoice Uk (4513978). I submitted an objection for dissolution to 'Companies House', so that we may be able to stand a chance of reimbursement through a Small Claims Court.

The reply I have just received is that "There is no current dissolution action on this company and as a result, your objection cannot be registered.

'Would you please contact Companies House in approximately 2-3 months, to establish whether your objection to dissolution could be registered."

So, we still have no way of contacting HCUK, but, it appears, we cannot start legal action against them yet. Will be getting in touch with a CAB to see what the next approach is.

I have been in touch with consumer direct and if you paid cash or cheque like me we will not have a chance of getting money back if company does go into liquidation, but insolvency enquiry line have no record of company going into liquidation, so where are they?

Been advised to write to them recorded delivery stating they are in breach of the supply and services act and to provide a date for the injection, do I trust them to give this injection anymore???

I had an appointment for my son on Saturday 20th February in Cambridge for his Rubella vaccine - Healthchoice UK Ltd were not there.

Tried calling the number on the appointment letter but could not get through. I too have been advised by Consumer direct to write a letter to them and send by recorded delivery. I had paid £100 for this vaccine but they have not carried this out. Even if they had, the Mumps vaccine is not currently being manufactured, so I am left with no choice but to have him have the MMR.

My first two sons had their vaccines with Healthchoice, all seemed ok. I have contacted the Health Care Commission and they said that the vaccines were fine, however, I am waiting for a call from my Doctor tomorrow to see if there is a test to check they are properly immunised.

Most important to me is the health of my children, secondly, I'd like my money back - it's disgusting the way they have left so many people without any explanation as to what is going on, and have taken our money and not delivered.

My son has had 2 of his injections and we have been waiting for Healthchoice to contact us for an appointment for his mumps injection. The last email I received from HCUK said 'We are awaiting a delivery date for the Mumps vaccines which were due to come in September. We believe this will be by the end of the year. As soon as we have the date we will contact you to make the last appointment for *. We will be back in Southampton on Saturday 6thFebruary but will be holding extra catch-up clinics which we can discuss with you as to which will be most suitable for you'.

As directed I waited to hear from them. I sent an email requesting a new appointment date that received an undelivered report. I tried to call and found the number nolonger existed. I am not worried about the loss of money but I am extremely angry that they can seemly postpone a planned injection for over half a year possibly knowing that the injection would never take place.

Could somebody let me know who to contact to take action.

Hello,
I just wondered if anyone has any update regarding Health Choice UK. I too had appointments for mumps vaccinations repeatedly delayed despite making several calls and being assured I would be contacted in due course once the vaccine was in stock. If anyone is taking action on this I'd be interested to know, although I am guessing I can expect not to see any of my £400 deposit returned! Thanks.
