My 2yo dd has started scratching at the palms of her hands, I can't see anything on them although they are very red (but poss because of the scratching?) It seems to happen more at night in her sleep but she is doing it during the day too. It has been going on for about a week and I cannot think what might be causing it. It doesn't seem to unduly bother her but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what it could be/how to stop it ?
