DD is 3 and a few times now when I've picked her up from preschool I've noticed that she smells sweaty. I have also noticed it when she has been running around and jumping on bouncy castles at parties.

Is it normal or a 3 year old to sometimes smell sweaty? I just wasn't expecting it for another 10 years or so!

She shouldn't be smelling like this, BO is bacteria eating sweat. Maybe take her to the GP? She could have a fungal/bacterial skin infection.
