DD is just 4 months old and I have been working really hard to get her into a slepping routine which as so far been working.

Unfortunately she has been full of a cough and cold for the last few days. I usually let her nap for 2 hours and then wake her for feed etc. She has now been asleep since 8:45 but I am loathed to wake her as she is poorly and clearly needs to sleep but not sure if I am doing the right thing?? Should I just stick to the routine or let her sleep as long as she wants?

I'd let her sleep. Babies sleep a lot more when they are ill.

I would let her sleep, unless there was somewhere you needed to be at a certain time. When babies are ill they need more sleep.

We don't need to be anywhere really, nothing that can't wait anyway. Thanks guys
