What's happened to dd-19 months old?

Dd who is now 19 months has been impossible to get to sleep for the past two weeks. She just plays til midnight.
Does this sound like teething tou you?-She has a sore on her bum for two days and she dosn't normally get nappy rash. She is biting he hands. She is quite a bit naughtier than usual.
Is this another growth spurt/developmental phase?
