Hi advice needed if possible. My 7 year old has a lump on his gum, an abscess. He complained of a bad tooth last week we went to the dentist who identified an infected tooth and gum and put him on antibiotics. We have finished the antibiotics and are due to see a specialist on wednesday. I called the dentist today but they were closed. DS is not in any pain. We have rinsed his mouth out with salt water but I am not sure what to do now. Should I call the out of hours doctor and try to get more antibiotics even though DS is in no pain or should I wait and see how he is tomorrow and try to see doctor/ dentist Monday morning. Thanks for any advice
