Help,
My DS who's 2 1/2 was fine yesterday and then spent much of the night throwing-up (about 5-6 times) he kept on asking for a bottle of milk, which I thought might not be the best idea, so I gave him water with rehydration salts and minerals in. This morning he was perkier when I got him up and asked for some porridge, but he immediately threw some up, and then 2 hours later, the rest came-up...no runny poo. Just needed so me guidance as to how best to to proceed. What should I be feeding him or not feeding him, and he's asking for juice or milk, but again I've only let him have water, is this wise?
Sorry just need some help, as I'm struggling with my own morning sickness so not very good at dealing with vomit today!

I'd avoid dairy but if he is hungry give him something bland e.g. toast.
