basically ds1 has recently had a few problems and possible asthma.
We are using the inhlaer at the moment(ventolin) and the doctor also said as he has had a bad cold which has not helped this to steam as much as poss. Has anyone used a humidifier with a child with asthma? Are there any you would recommend?

Yes, I have used a Lindam one for years, more of a steamer actually for when he has a bad cold and wheezing, so not a humidifier - sorry. But still a good buy, DS1 is 7 and I have used it every time he has a cold, he has mild asthma which rears it head in the very cold weather (he could cough all night long with the cold air even with the heating on low and the steam really helps), it fills his bedroom with steam throughout the night, really effective. In fact it has just stopped working and I want to get another one.

Will be back in a mo with a link...
