My dd woke yesterday morning with tummy pains. Went back to bed for a few hours and woke feeling dizzy and with 40 degree temp. Got temp down with calpol but wont eat anything, hasnt been to loo for a poo since. She was sick last night but it was just water. She is no better today, still weak, pale, tummy aches and feeling dizzy. No appointments available at doctors tonight. will ring as an emergency if no better tomorrow. Should I be worried about no food intake and no poo?
