Sometimes if producing a lot of saliva from a sore mouth, it may make them vomit I suppose from building up in the stomach, you never know
Rosey cheeks? Nappy rash, chewing everything in sight?
Maybe if it is saliva you should start using either Nelsons Teetha or a teething gel to soothe gums as then less saliva will be produced.
Alternatively the poor thing is teething AND has a tummy bug.
