Hello, my daughter JM currently have really bad chicken pox right now, and almost all of the spots looks yellow with a red ring around it. Is this normal or are those infected? Any advice or tips?

Hard to say on description. You can google to see infected ones (I warn you, not a pretty sight). If in doubt I'd phone and ask GP to visit.

if they are infected she needs to be seen urgently

I would take her to see the GP. Ds's spots looked like the photos of infected lesions. The GP said that it was one of the worst cases of CP that he had seen but said that thankfully they were not infected.

I'd take her to get them checked. Ds's pox got infected in his nappy area, and it was really sore - he couldn't walk. Got some cream from the doc, sorted it out really quickly.
