How much redness & swelling is normal at site of jab post immunisation?

DD had her MMR booster and pre-school jabs on Thurs, now one thigh is very red and swollen at the site of the jab. Swelling is across the whole width of her thigh. Don't remember this much swelling after previous jabs. Can anyone please tell me if this is normal or if I should get it checked by doc?

Thank you.

After my ds1 had his first MMR jab, his thingh became really swollen and red. It looked very sore.
I called NHS direct and they told me just to give ibuprofen.
