Evening.

Ok, this is a bit yuk, but I am a bit bemused.

DD2 is 2.9 (and still in nappies

She normally has a poo every day or every other day. I know she had one at the weekend (not sure which day as dh does his share of nappies) but hasn't had one since.

Today, she was straining as if going and when I checked (and apologies for this) but all there was was 1 tiny rabbit poo and poo staining iyswim. Then, within an hour, she had 2 dirty nappies that just had staining.

She has a snotty cold, but is eating well and has been on great form.

So, any ideas/experiences of this from any of you lovelies?

sounds a bit constipated. I'd increase fluids and give more fruit/veg. Prunes/prune juice are supposed to be helpful.

Thanks Seona, I wondered that. She has asked for water a lot today, so will just keep providing. She is a bit anti-fruit atm which makes it difficult, but will find a way!!

Poor love was at it again this morning; bending forwards slightly as if trying to go and just producing a "wet fart"

She still has a good appetite though.

Oh bless her, poor baby.

Would she find it fun/amusing to whizz up fruits in the blender and make smoothies? They would help and it might make her more inclined to eat it if it's more interesting than just an apple for example?

Hi there.

Luckily she produced at nursery this afternoon!!

However may need to look at smoothies; thanks for the tip.

rabbit droppings are a sign of dry poo and constipation.
