Please help!! Our dd, since Thursday, has been refusing nearly all food and milk we put her way. We have tried every choice we can think of, but to no avail. She is getting her molars at the moment, and I am guessing there is a link, but teething gel and pain relief still have not led her to be prepared to eat. People keep saying she will eat when she is ready, but I am quite worried now. Any ideas?

Mine didn't eat for about 7 days when they got a vomiting bug aged 11 months. Super scary, but they were fine in the end. The important thing is that she keeps her fluids up. Ice lollies have worked a treat for this kind of thing IME and also helps with painful gums. You can make your own with fruit juice or blend bananas with milk and/or cocoa powder to sneak some nourishment into her, or just nip down to the shops for some sugary ones - she might prefer them...

If she becomes drowsy/unresponsive I'd be worried, otherwise I think it's just a case of wait and see. She will eat and drink when she is ready. But it's always good to have a check-up too, so if you feel really worried go and see your GP.

My ds2 is 11 months and is going through a phase of not being too interested in food. I'm also putting it down to teething.
Ds1 did it too t a similar age.
Like coco says, make sure dd has plenty of fluids. I'd continue to offer food, but don't put too much pressure on her. She will not starve herself, she really won't.
Keep a food diary for the next few days to keepp a true account o everything she does manage, and if still not looking good after 3 days, you'll have something to show gp/hv
