lump on DS's foot..

DS has had a mark on his foot for a couple of months - tbh I thought it was a shoe/ sock rubbing thing and that it would go in time. It's about the size of a 2p piece, not hard, only v.slightly a different colour to the rest of his skin and doesn't hurt or irritate him in any way. But as it isn't going I think we have to take him to the Doctors I think just to make sure it's nothing. But anybody had this.. Any ideas..?

Yes absurdly active, he's like Tigger... It's on the top of his foot sort of where the tongue on his shoe would go, that's why I thought it might be rubbing from a sock or something.
