Nappy rash blister?

My 8 week old has a small fluid filled blister on the tip of his willy. It's not red or sore looking in anyway and he seems to be totally unconcerned by it! I'm using Pampers newborn disposables and wondered if it might have been caused by rubbing as he's recently started to kick and wriggle loads. There's no sign of nappy rash or any other blemishes. Does anyone have any idea what might have caused this? He gets bare bum time everyday and I've just been putting some Sudocrem on it when I've been changing his nappy. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for that! It cleared up without a trace overnight but I'll keep it in mind if it happens again.
