Any recomendations for children's vitamins

my two dcs - 5 and 2 seem to have constant coughs and colds this winter...am thinking we need a supplement - any advice?

hi , i buy the " gummy Vite's" multivitamins for dd (4yrs) , she loves them , but she still catches every cough & cold going so not too sure they work really ,

I started to give my 2 DDs Animal Parade. I buy it online but some health food shops stock it.

Yes I do wonder about the vitamin thing - we have a pretty good diet - don't have fussy eaters at all....maybe go down the garlic route

I'd get vit d if nothing else - your average child in uk is deficient in vit d and our main source is in sunshine not food (so not found much in the uk then). we get the boots multi vit gummy bears ones cos the kids like them but they are expensive, also cod liver oil as adult size capsules that they then chew on (gross). I'd love to give them rose hip syrup as have fond memories of that as a child but it;s only mail order now I think
