Question about DS's willy

hobbgoblin · 29/12/2009 16:03

DS is 6 and he has been wetting himself frequently lately. Was planning to take him to GP before we go back to school if it didn't improve but I suspect it is due to him being upset about stuff with his Dad (not seeing him for months, no contact over xmas )

However, now I have just taken him to the toilet (trying to get him to go regularly so having to accompany him) I notice he has stuff like that watery fluid adult men get, i.e. pre-cum.

Is this just one of those hormonal things or is it concerning do you think. Will sort GP in any case but just wondered if any other parents had experienced the same?

what do you mean? where was this fluid? how do you know it wasn't just urine?

hobbgoblin · 29/12/2009 16:10

Well he did a little wee and then at the end he was still dripping and I'm doing the usual nag about letting the drips stop before pulling up pants dripping on seat and I noticed that the last drips were thick and actually a strand of gloop was dribbling from the end.

sorry this all sounds a little ghastly by the way.

Maybe he's got an infection?

I'd take him to the GPs just to be on the safe side anyway.

Sounds a bit of an infection. Does he have problems with the pee coming out? Does his penis balloon up at all when he goes?

hobbgoblin · 29/12/2009 16:24

I will check on that when he next goes purpleeglu. Will phone GP now.
