DD (14) has an extermely painful lump on her achillies tendon. It is about 1.5cm in diameter and is just at the point where shoes would rub although she has not worn shoes which could cause this. It is not infected and feels quite hard. Does anybody have any idea wht this might be and do I need to take her to the doc? TIA
