dd saying ooch for her ears, could it be an infection?

dd 2 half as this last 4 weeks chest infection one after an other just started crying says ouch not very good at talking been having temp on and off since start of infection weeks ago , looks like an other trip to gp she sleeping now will she be ok till i ring in morning if i keep her up with pain killers?

my measure of when a child needs urgent help is when painkillers no longer help. So if her temp is coming down with meds and they are relieving the pain, then she should be ok til morning.
