eczema, cream and 2 yr old???

Hey all,
I notice my 2yo dd has had some mild eczema patches come up recently, and will take her to gp if it continues, but does anyone know of good skin creams for toddlers????

E45 cream ( not the lotion ) is what I was recommended for my Ds (18mths). My boss is a GP and specializes in dermatology. Ds's is only mild though.
