Wow, good shots - with camera skills like that you could join our hospital's medical photography department!

My dd had a complete cleft of her soft and (most of) her hard palate so tbh I'm not sure what a sub-mucous cleft would look like. I think sometimes they can only tell by palpation anyway.

His uvula does look a little uneven I suppose but I guess everyones' is different? It doesn't really look like what they call "bifid" but then the term they used was "ridged" wasn't it?

I think when the cleft nurse calls you this week you should have a chat with her and see what she says. Our cleft nurses were great and extremely knowledgeable.
