To feed or not to feed

My 10 month old was very sick on Thursday night, once on Friday and once today. I have spoken to nhs direct and on their advice I have seen an out of hours dr. No sign of infection. NHS direct said to keep feeding her normally and the dr said no food and no milk for 24 hours from the last time she was sick. I am still breast feeding exclusively.
So do I feed her or not - not solids but breast milk???
She fed last night slept 12 hours and then puked at about 10 this morning.
You would think by dd3 I would be knowing what I am doing
