Read this and now wondering if anyone else worries about PVC vinyl in their kids' dolls.

What is the issue with PVC?

Not sure how to link properly - sorry. But came across this having seen a website called Bambolina which markets dolls free of various plastics/chemicals, but not free of PVC. Just tell me to stop worrying and make dolls out of wood if I'm that bothered.

Have to say it has never been a concern of mine. I figure if toys meet the safety uidelines here in the UK then they are more than likely safe to use. DD has had loads of dollies of the years to no ill effect.

Likewise - mostly my old ones which are covered in germs so ancient they probably harbour bubonic plague. I'll go off now and worry about something else.
