DS has spots on his face

my 3 year old DS has spots on his cheeks but nowhere else on his body. He also has a heavy cold. Do you think this is worth a trip to the doctor. They dont appear to be itchy or bothering him

DS also 3 sometimes gets spot especially when he's not well. Only you know if he seems ill enough to warrant a trip to the doctors. To be honest I've avoided the doctors recently as I don't want to pick something else.

Hope he's better soon.
