DD has warts - how to treat?

She's just shown me some small flesh coloured lumps on her hands, I think they're warts. Does any over the counter stuff work? Thanks.

Take her to a pharmacist maybe and get them to check.. Warts will disappear in time, it is just a viral infection, and once her body can fight it off they will simply disappear. This is what happened to DD when she was small. However, DS had warts that seemed to multiply rapidly, and he hated them.Plus they were affecting his handwriting as they were on his thumb. The GP tried freezing one big one off, but this was total agony and just actually made it much worse and bigger. In desperation, we used bazuka ( he is 10 though ) and they literally dropped off and haven't returned

might try Bazuka then, she's nearly 9. Will take her with me to Boots. They do seem to have appeared really quickly, she didn't have any last week and now has 5 on one hand and 4 on the other. I'm hoping they don't keep multiplying (or spread to me). Thanks.
