DS has been sick a couple times and has only had breastmilk this morning.

What's best/safest to give him to eat?

weetabix?

Toast, plain biscuits - rich tea fingers are very good as thin, plain crisps in moderation.

NO dairy and nothing with tomato in it - makes a hell of a mess if he's sick again!

custard!

BRAT - bananas, rice, apple sauce, toast - is the diet for anyone who has had tummy trouble - maybe more for diarrhoea that vomiting, but prob a good idea either way.

No dairy. Nothing too acidic (make sure the apples are not too tangy).

I've got bread and bananas, I'll send DH out for biscuits.
