weeping toddler bum please help?

she had abbs last week for a chest infection now her bums raw and weeping whats best barrier cream to use please she screaming in pain.

thanks dh been to chemist and they say dont sound like thrush and said canasten should not be put on raw skin, we been using sudocrem not really helping her poo is like acid thats what causeed her skin to be like this
