What does this mean? He keeps having green poo on and off and has been for a while. Seems to be running from one cold to the next does the colour of poo have anything to do with it and do I need to be worried that he keeps having colds? Seems fine in himself all the time

My son had a similar thing, he was BF and was having no solids, it did follow a slight cold, i thought it was teething, i basically has two weeks of slimy green poos, that stank, he normally only went every 10 days or so, on day he had a poo that was mainly green tinged mucus, it was gross, then it cleared up. He was fine in himself, I dont often go to the doctors, but they would have only have done a stool test anyway.

I would go with your instincts. I do think you can get it after a tummy upset and with teething, but its best no to put to much down to teething.

Get it checked out if you are worried.
