Threadworms in 12 mo old

I'm pretty sure my 12 mo old DS has worms as there was something white and wriggly about an inch long in his nappy earlier.

How will it be treated? The medicine that DS had about a year ago says for 2 years plus and that it isn't compatible with BF due to infant exposure.

How are infants with threadworms treated?

They are treated with medicine available via prescription and from 3 months plus in one case and 6 months plus in another.

Entire family and all nappy extended family who have been in contact should be treated. Short finger nails and wash all towels and underwear.
