Can anyone help, my 9 month old has a gunky eye, I know i used brolene cream / drops in my eldest daughter when she was young but cant remember how old she was.

Does anyone know if brolene is safe to use in a 9 month old?

No idea about the brolene I'm afraid, it would be best to ask your pharmacist. I don't know if you are breast feeding but if you are breast milk works a treat on sticky eyes.

I would take her to the doc as you can't be too cautious with eye infections.

To the doctor. Brolene is pretty useless for bacterial conjuctivitis and nothing else is available over the counter for your child's age.

In the meantime washing the eye with 0.9g of salt dissolved in 100ml of freshly boiled water before allowing to cool will be as good as anything.
